The Inland Story

Established in 1984, Inland Group offers a colorful history of quality printing and graphic service. Our team was founded on the belief that if people enjoy the work they are doing in a supportive environment, they will take pride in producing the highest quality product possible. 40 years later, this core principle remains a pillar in the foundation of our success.

Steve Urban

As the company founder, I am convinced that the key to Inland Group’s success lies in its philosophy of teamwork.

When asked about my title, I prefer to be called ‘coach’ rather than ‘company president’ or ‘owner’. I really do coach the Inland Group team. This idea made so much sense, we have taken it one step further. Members of our management team are known as ‘offensive/defensive coordinators’ or ‘assistant coaches’. Sales Professionals are known as ‘quarterbacks,’ and employees are called ‘players.’ These are the titles we use everyday.
